One of our photographers called our office one day to tell us he had two models to show us. He came into our office a short time later with two very cute boys who were leaving the next morning for a two week holiday. We had hoped to get them both shot, but decided Jan Krasny's face could not be missed so we chose to photograph him first. Krasny is actually the Czech word for beautiful :-).
The boys live in a small town in Moravia, the Eastern half of the Czech Republic (Bohemia makes up the western half) and grew up together. Their plans were to go to Croatia on holiday, a popular summer destination for Czechs, but we have not heard from the boys since the shoot so hopefully they'll get back in touch with us!
Apparently Jan has done some other erotic work before, or at least he told us he did, so he was completely comfortable during the shoot and was not nervous at all. The only time he got a little upset was when a lady came riding by on a horse and asked us why he was standing there naked :-). We told her, she laughed and then rode away. You just have to love the open mindedness in the Czech Republic :-)
